Finding Teaching More Challenging These Days?
You are not alone with this challenge.
Many educators share the same concerns with their current teaching placements. Classrooms have become a place where behavior, routines, and structure have changed. It is time to figure a way to change the negative into a positive, and let children learn again within acceptable boundaries.
This course is designed to help educators understand and identify uncontrolled turning points in education. Focus will be based on the impact of virtual learning, hybrid education, and to the return back to the classroom. Conversations, suggestions, and printable material will be presented in order to assist in current classroom structures.
Why Was This Course Created?
The Learning Exchange Academy interviewed numerous educators, children, and teens in various grade, subject and specialty areas. We have listened to their perspectives, challenges, and concerns. We integrated our research to define and outline solutions to many of the problems that have been communicated withing proactive avenues.
The sharing of this information has brought insight as to why children and teens have varying work ethics, focus levels, and stamina. A change in educational dynamics calls for a shift in understanding emotional, physical, and mental behaviors.
The return to the classrooms has forced educators to examine their classroom structures and reconfigure their daily routines. At the same time, it is important to understand the outcomes of great change and its effects on the student population.
This course was designed to be completed from the comfort of your home, in you space, and at your own pace. Professional development hours will be provided, along with a certificate of completion, at the conclusion of the course.
Please note there are assignments that are assigned and suggested, but are more though-provoking and reflective. It is the Learning Exchange Academy's goal that the information learned will be infused into your classroom settings.
Let's take a walk in the shoes of the children and teens affected. Let's work together to understand their behaviors and responses to academics during trying times! Bring healthy and realistic practices together to keep children and teens motivated and engaged in school.
